SureLight® Sterile R-Phycoerythrin (R-PE), is a sterile-filtered, high-brightness fluorophore developed for researchers performing sensitive cell-based assays, antibody conjugation, flow cytometry, and cell therapy research. It delivers the same exceptional fluorescence performance as our standard SureLight® R-PE while providing the added confidence of sterile processing for contamination-sensitive workflows.

Many applications and instruments were developed specifically for R-phycoerythrin. It is commonly used in immunoassays such as FACS, flow cytometry, multimer/tetramer applications. With new instrumentation available, R-PE is also well suited for immunohistochemistry (IHC).
