Protein Microarrays

A protein microarray is a technology that provides a versatile platform for characterization of hundreds of thousands of proteins in a highly parallel and high-throughput way. Protein microarray technology has widespread applications, such as the identification of protein-protein interactions, protein-phospholipid interactions, small molecule targets and substrates of protein kinases. Microarrays have also been used for clinical diagnostics, monitoring disease states and assessing the effectiveness of drugs and other therapies.

Columbia Biosciences manufactures and sells the antibody conjugates 6-His and Flag for use in protein microarrays.
